    • We arrange syndicated loans, on both an underwritten and best-efforts basis, which are distributed to local and European banks and institutional investors, including club deals.
    • We also originate and structure debt capital market products to be placed with a vast network of Benelux and European investors, including KBC’s strong local retail and private banking network.
    • We have profound knowledge about structuring sustainable financing solutions for our clients in the form of green, social & sustainability bonds as well as green and sustainability linked loans in line with amongst others ICMA and LMA guidelines.
