KBC Securities N.V. announces exclusive partnership with Auerbach Grayson in the U.S.

Brussels, July 1, 2024 - KBC Securities N.V. is pleased to announce a partnership effective today with Auerbach Grayson & Company LLC, a New York-based brokerage firm specialized in global trade execution, distributing foreign broker research to U.S. institutional investors, and providing them access to foreign equity capital markets. 

Through the partnership with Auerbach Grayson, KBC Securities will provide U.S. institutional investors access to Belgian and Dutch equity research, to KBC Securities’ European and U.S. equity capital market transactions as well as its trading expertise on Euronext Brussels and Amsterdam. KBC Securities will be Auerbach Grayson’s exclusive execution partner for all Belgian and Dutch equities. As such this partnership will allow KBC Securities to increase the visibility of the 123 Belgian and Dutch companies covered by 11 experienced financial analysts towards the more than 500 U.S. institutional investor clients of Auerbach Grayson and expand our client coverage in the U.S.
