Thomas Roelens

Thomas joined KBC Securities in August 2016. He holds a master’s degree in Commercial Engineering from the University of Antwerp (UFSIA) and Master in Financial Management (Vlerick Business School).

He started his career in Investment Banking in 2005 at ING-Barings in London, advising on cross-border M&A transactions as well as Equity Capital Market Transactions. In 2008 he joined the Corporate Finance team of Petercam, where he developed a particular expertise in ECM Real Estate deals, alongside other M&A and advisory mandates in a variety of sectors.

Selected recent transactions include: RE-IPO of VGP, right issues of Montea, Care Property Invest, Aedifica, TINC, Xior, WDP, Sipef, Befimmo, etc., Private placements of Care Property, VGP, etc., sale of Group Open to Cegeca, merger of Univeg-Greenyard-Peltracom.
